Smartrak was founded 20 years ago to solve a problem repeatedly encountered in the field. We realized how difficult it was for large organizations to effectively manage carrier relationships and information across multiple service providers. To address that challenge, Smartrak was created — a company of industry professionals focused on simplifying carrier services and the support of complex network environments.
